Jamf binding AD

When binding LDAP Servers in Jamf, in the third step "Enter Credentials", after filling in the "Domain" "Username" "Password" information, prompt me "Could not find user".
I am using the administrator and password in AD.
Have you encountered this problem?

You're going to have to use the full DN
E.g.
uid=jamf,cn=users,dc=corp,dc=jamf,dc=com

I am also having trouble with this in my DMZ server. It works fine on my primary. Tried using the full DN, but it failed.
