+1We have been told that this is a bug within Jamf and that they are aware and working on it. Has anyone discovered a workaround to get this to work without having to restart it each time.
We have already tried (Config Profile -> Restrictions -> Functionality -> Allow camera.

Workaround: Add a restrictions payload to this profile containing your Security & Privacy payload.
+9You may also want to try the MCX-To-Profile 'style' method instead, i found it resolved our issues with the camera being disabled. That methodology allows for more refined profiles.

(also, can essentially doing the same thing by created plist's and adding to the 'custom' entry in a config profile.
