Hi, I'm kinda new to using Jamf and Apple School Manager. I'm running into an issue where when I manually enroll a device, it's not showing in the cloud. Its odd and I'm not sure what's happening and could use some guidance on this.

If you could post a screenshot of the error and the workflow that you are using it would make things easier to troubleshoot. Overall here is the documentation for User-initiated enrollment which is called manual enrollment:

Check if on the device you can see the MDM profile installed on the device and if it was accepted by the user.
