Hi -

We recently installed jamf CONNECT for a client and it works great, but how does offline work? Without an internet connection, there's no way to authenticate with AAD, so I get that they need to at least login for the first time with a connection, but does this software permit offline login? What if there's no connection?

Further, if an internet connection is required and the laptop is taken to a new location, how do they join WiFi without logging in? There doesn't seem to be an option to join Wi-Fi pre-login.

If there's no internet connection then there's no way to authenticate the account. So no, it would not be possible offline,
The wifi can be pre-authenticated via a config certificate to an internal wifi which allows to checkup the account but it would probabably need to be local.
