I changed the password on okta , but when I re-login the user on the Mac ,  it required to enter the previous password

if I forget my previous password , Where should I configure so that I don't have to enter my previous password

You need to boot to Recovery and do a password reset. I would recommend resetting the password to the same password in Okta. If you have FileVault enabled, you will need a Recovery key. See this Apple support article:
