+23with the release of jamf Pro 10 (X?) I setup a test box and wanted to use the migrator tool. I got everything setup and ran it, and some of the data comes over (saved searches, smart computer groups, about half the static comp groups, etc) , but not computers/users/etc.
I upgraded to the latest version and tried the computer groups but they still result in <Comp name> - Failed
With a lot of HTTP status code: 409. Googling brought up that it means a conflict, but not much else.
+14The conflict can be a result of some dependency not being met, say trying to migrate a static group and all the computers belonging to the static group don't exist on the destination computer, or trying to migrate a computer that belongs to a site and the site doesn't exist on the destination server. If you have duplicate serial numbers for computers (one physical one virtual) a conflict can arise.
