How would you create a Smart Group in JAMF Pro that pushes a Proxy Auto-Config file only after a specific app has been installed?

@user-zJLatkoGQO A Smart Group isn't going to deploy something for you directly. To do what you're asking about, create a Smart Group with the criteria Application Title IS <name of the app you're looking for>, and then use that Smart Group as the Scope Target for a Configuration Profile with your proxy settings.

Thank you. Is there any documentation for setting something like this up? Sorry, I am truly a newbie and trying to wrap my head around all of this.

@user-zJLatkoGQO You could try the Jamf 100 online training course: https://www.jamf.com/training/online-training/100/. It looks like Lesson 35 for that course covers Configuration Profiles for Computers: https://docs.jamf.com/education-services/jamf-100-course/4.0/Lesson_35__Configuration_Profiles_for_Computers.html

As soon as Macs fall into a Smart Group that is added to the scope of a Config Profile, the profile should push to the Macs, unless it has already been installed of course.
If you're not seeing newly added machines in Smart Groups get the profiles assigned to those Smart Groups, then something might be configured incorrectly.
