Jamf Now, device won't app with Single App Mode

I'm trying to test out single app mode on a test ipad/blueprint with Square PoS.

The app is installed, and I try to manually sync the device. Under the device dashboard, Single App Mode says in red "The app must be installed on the device."

Any ideas what I need to do to make this thing sync and have single app mode running? Thanks.
