Jamf Parent Config on MacOS

I have an on-premise install of Jamf Pro.  All our students have iPads and all our teachers have both iPads and Macbook Airs.  I have Jamf Teacher working just fine on the teacher iPads by adding the appropriate config to the App Configuration when scoping it out.  It now points to our on-premise install and not the cloud.  I want the same for the MacOS versions of the app but there is no App Configuration when scoping the app to Computers.  Is there a plist or config file somewhere I can manually edit on MacOS so the app looks to my on-premise server and not to the cloud?
