After completing an upgrade of Jamf Pro from 10.7 to 10.13 our iPads are not able to set the time zone for our location during PreStage Enrollment. Our APs do not broadcast 2.4 Ghz but it was turned on to test whether the iPads needed 2.4 GHz to correct the Time Zone. +14@walkeri3rd This doesn't seem like it would be a Jamf Pro issue. Seems like this is happening prior to the iPad even hitting prestage enrollment.
I would actually set my prestage enrollment to skip timezone entirely and then enforce it with a configuration profile. Less steps for the user too!
