Jamf Recon Causing Dock to crash and screen to flash black

Hello, we have a one to one environment and use Sudo Jamf Recon to report the current logged in user to the JSS. This has been working and has not had any issues till we just started replacing our 2013 Macbook Air's with 2017 Macbook Air's on 10.14.3. What is happening is when Recon runs the dock crashes and the screen flashes black once or twice the dock re appears and than its fine. Anyone else having similar issues or seen this before.

We are on Jamf Pro 10.11

    Have you looked in /var/log/jamf.log when recon is taking place to determine if something is being logged at the time?
