Jamf school Notification error

When trying to resolve certain messages in the notfication page, the following error is coming up - Our development team is notified about this problem. Problem identification: #52c7d9c084285505

This has been happening for some time and I was wondering if anyone has been able to come up with a solution.

I don’t think I’ve ever had one resolve properly. I stopped even looking or trying. Screenshot to illustrate what ​@rhoskin is describing. Clicking on “Mark as Resolved” gives you the red error box.

Exact same issue here. If I see my timeline of when it started showing up, it was back in July 2025. This corresponds with a change they did to exporting inventory lists. (see: https://learn.jamf.com/en-US/bundle/jamf-school-release-notes/page/Jamf_School_Portal_Release_Notes.html#d99e3465

The Task Manager also is clear, but the associated Notification just can’t be removed/resolved. I just got used to it and figured that they’d get to it sooner or later since they’re getting all the error notifications. Now, I’m thinking that no one is actually getting the error notifications.

Maybe if we all put in a bug report/ticket about it they’ll actually look into it.

We have the same issue here as well. There seem to be a lot of little bugs and nuisances cropping up lately. I am happy to submit a ticket for this bug and will probably be submitting others as well. Jamf School may not be the flagship product, but it is a product we all pay for!
