We've been using Jamf school with Apple School Manager and Office 365. Users get synchronized from Azure to ASM (default as student). In ASM, first the users (teachers) get the teacher role and then the classes are created. They then get synchronized with Jamf school.
In Jamf school, each iPad gets an owner (user account from Office 365) associated. There are teachers who do not get the classes they are associated with in their Jamf Teacher app. However, Classroom works fine.
Are there any steps that I missed?
