Hey, I'm new to JAMF Casper Suite. Great for managing iPads, however can it be used to remote into Mac Computers? We use ARD and it has issues with remoting into computers at times. Be great if JAMF offers an alternative.

Casper Remote has that functionality. locate the device in the interface, and single click to hightlight (don't check the box) then click the Screen Share button on the top menu.

+13Our DNS is crap. So ARD sometimes retains the last IP the machine checked in with. But I can always remote a machine with Casper Remote after enrolling it.
