Where in Boston does this usually take place at? I'm trying to figure out how much it would cost my job to send me to this. I need to look for a hotel etc.

+9I've gone to two trainings in the past two years and both were at Berklee College of Music on Mass. Ave in Boston.

But seriously, there isn't anything on the CCA or CMA exams it that isn't covered in the training or in the manual that accompanies the training. It is open-book, open-note. So, as long as you don't spend the entire training checking your email, you shouldn't have any trouble passing the exam.
