Jamfcloud configurator 2 enrollment URL

Hi all,

I am trying to enroll an Apple TV 3rd generation to a JSS server in the jamfcloud of a client via Apple Configurator 2. However, I cannot seem to get the correct URL working to enroll.

I enabled the check button "Enable Apple Configurator Enrollment via Static URL"

When I try to fetch trust anchor certificates it gives me a time out.
When I try this with our own JSS this does work (not in the cloud).

Does the Jamfcloud need a different url/approach?

    Okay, this one I know cause I ran into the same issue.

    1. Make sure you create an Enrollment Profiles. Click on Mobile, then on the blue click on Enrollment Profiles to create a new one.
    2. Just fill in the parts that I have grayed out
    3. And download these two profiles (Trust Profile & Download)
    4. Launch Apple Configurator 2
    5. Create a wireless profile so device can go online (a staging wifi, which you may choose to delete) A. You can then prepare the iOS device(s), do not have them join MDM automatically. Choose these two profiles B. You can create a blueprint to run through this process

    I used these steps to supervised some iPad Mini's that were not DEP'd. I did all of these step, 1 - 5A and I got them into our instance. It was painless and quick as well. Once on the JAMFPro instance, I was able to rename them and push out profiles as needed. Hope this helps you all out.
