JamfPro Self Service App

I have the following issue.

I want to deploy the Self Service App and bought it in the Apple Business Manager.

In the Settings in JamfPro I configured it to "install automatically"

Now sometimes Self Service works as intended, where I can find the apps I assigned and sometimes it asks me to configure a JamfPro Server for the app. 

I have two testdevices, which are deployed to the same configuration profile.

 

Can Anyone help me out regarding this?

    In the Self Serivce app settings, do you have the configuration (pointing to your server) configured?

    No, but thats the thing. Sometimes it works automatically, sometimes it does not.
