Hey @donmontalvo (and anyone else running into issues logging in),
Can you reach out to JNUChelp@jamf.com? We will be able to help you 1:1. We are actively monitoring that inbox and want to get you in the system ASAP.

Thanks for the update @donmontalvo!

For anyone that missed part of the keynote: Registration is open and free to attend today through Thursday, October 1. The Keynotes and all sessions will be available in the JNUC platform for the next 2-3 weeks while we migrate them live on Jamf.com permanently following JNUC.

For those trying to get into the virtual platform you can follow the steps below to reset your password.

There is no limit to the number of times you can reset your password so if you could try again while making sure to follow the steps below that would be great.

Step 1: Click the "CLICKING HERE" blue button on our login page: http://info.jamf.com/r00C0P2j4Yyl0hVg00000X0
Step 2: A new page titled, Jamf Nation User Conference 2020 - Reset Password, will pop-up where you can enter your email address in the required field.
Step 3: You will get an email titled; Reset Password . The email address is from; Jamf Events (jamf@theonlinexpo.com) This email will include a link that will take you to the Change Your Password page.
Step 4: Once you change your password you will be automatically redirected back to the login page to enter your email address with new password you create.

Let us know what step you are stuck on after trying again and we will go from there.

Here are some other helpful tips for a successful experience:
The login and password fields are case-sensitive so please use all lowercase with your email login and password will be the case set used in creating your password.
Remember to check your spam folder if you do not receive the email titled; Reset Password.
Clear your cache if you have tried logging in with several failed attempts in a row
Confirm you are using the email address that you registered with when logging in and resetting your password

The 1200ET sessions are greyed out, guessing since we didn't log in soon enough to add to our agenda.

How can we get the 1200ET session into our agenda?

HI @donmontalvo, you will be able to enter sessions 5 minutes before they begin.

@jeff.ovik does that mean I won't need to add the 1200ET session to my agenda to get in?

@donmontalvo You won't need to pre-register, the agenda builder is for you to plan your experience, but you don't need to use it.

Unable to access anything after the keynote ended. Cant access my agenda to see what/when/where to go for what I've signed up for. Resources->Help doesn't work, emailed jnuchelp but haven't gotten a reply... I know I had something for noon but can't get to anything.

Edit- "onlineexperiences.com" is finally responding again- but it took half an hour of trying

@jeff.ovik Any chance they'll improve the iPad experience? Even when using the recommended Chrome app having to manually select between presenter and the demo video feed in the sessions is a less than ideal experience.

Aside from the login glitch the day before JNUC, the site has worked well with only a few minor streaming issues that resolved themselves quickly. I'm not really fond of the interface though. The content is great, but the interface needs major work.

Hi @sdagley I do agree - the iPad experience was less than ideal and I apologize that it caused some frustration. There were limitations to the platform we used for this year's Virtual JNUC 2020. All feedback and comments will definitely be taken into consideration for future.
