Hi, Since we have update to JSS 9.22 our tech-group seems to have lost the Privileges to get the restore key for FV2 when logging on to the Management server. looking at the privileges it has the "view Disk Encryption Recovery Key" checked but clicking on the "Get Filevault 2 Recovery key" just gives out a blank. Anything else i Need to enable to give them the Access ?

Thanks

;) when i use a user with full acess the key is available, its just some Option that needs to be checked in Privilegs , which is not obvious to me.

In Casper 9.x, there's three sets of access privileges that govern FileVault 2 access:

You may be missing the last one, View Disk Encryption Key.

D'oh, you said you had View Disk Encryption Recovery Key checked and I missed it. It may be that you need one of the privileges listed in JSS Objects.
