Is it possible to give access to one of the AD groups (that logs into JSS) to one specific configuration profile only. This would be for Web-Contents where teachers could add specific websites that are blocked due to "Limit-Adult" Content check enabled.

It looks like the "OS X Configuration Profiles" is an all or nothing privilege unfortunately.

Not sure if you could do something clever with sites to get this to work, i.e out this one config profile into a different site that they can access?

I had to do something similar and, as David says, setting up a Site-specific configuration was the best (or least bad) way to do it.

Basically set up a Site that you assign the Config to and similarly assign the required Site access rights to an AD group or individual users.

No very neat unfortunately.
