JSS not linking with DEP

we are trying to link our JSS with Apple's DEP, and it's not working
could we get a little help here?? emailed my rep to no avail
what is the process to make sure they talk to each other?

    i'm in the same boat....all my devices are NOT_ACCESSIBLE

    You've created a DEP only account on deploy.apple.com and it's been setup/verified by apple? They do make live calls to those approved to have this account. (CEO,CFO,CIO,Director)
