Since a few month our JSS deletes the provisioning profiles on our mobile devices. If the profile is removed our inhouse apps crashes on startup (because of the missing profile). We have a workaround, but the iPad have to be online for this (annoying) workaround. We have 10 installations for different countries. The most of them with a different JSS version. And the problem exists on all of them.
A few informations (let me know if you need more information):
- we have between 4 and 8 provisioning profiles on each JSS installation.
- about 600 enrolled mobile devices/server (one server > 1200 devices)
- The Management History shows "Remove Provisioning Profile _profilename*"
Sometimes the profile will be installed when the user open the Self Service. But very often the user has to reinstall the apps.
