After updating JSS to 9.98 JSS Web loads like the image below if i try and load in Chrome. Bur if I use Safari or another browser its fine.

+24I should add that i am currently running 2 JSS instances one of which has been on 9.98 since it was released and that site shows up fine in Chrome. It is only the instance I updated recently that is all of a sudden showing this.
