Is there a keyboard shortcut to add a criteria in a smart group or to repeat the same criteria so I can just change values?

It doesn't look like there is. That would be a great feature request, though.
I like that idea. Control + maybe? Anything that can cut down some time from the more tedious tasks in the UI will get my vote.
