Keychain reset script - without restart

I´ve been googling a on a keychain script that can create a new keychain without having to reboot.
I have found some but they don´t seem to work for Mojave

Do anyone has something that is working, that can be used for self service, but without having to reboot the computer ?

    @jameson Can you provide links of what you've found? I've not seen anything that can create the login keychain without restart other than maybe a possible logout/login. If you have some examples it might give us something to work with.
