I am trying to install keynote through self service however, it fails. I tried automatic install option but it does nothing. Sometimes it will redirect to the App Store and ask for Apple ID. Is there a good solution to this problem
+3We would love to know if this has been resolved? For ours it takes users to the app store when an update is available and doesn't update automatically? Does anyone know of an answer of how to stop it doing this and update as it should and not via the app store? Thanks..
