Hello,
A co-worker created a plist that would require a student to enter an admin password in order to change which Wifi the laptop is connected to. He wasn't able to get it to work and asked me to have a look at it. As far as I can tell it looks good but it isn't working for me either. I've come here for help. 
Options; General
Distribution Method - Install Automatically
Level: Computer Level
Scope
Target Computers: Specific Computers (testing on a laptop he has and one I have)
Target Users: All Users
