trying to package lync 14.0.7 and we get to a point where it prompts for a certificate install. is there a way to capture that or pre-tell it to auto-trust? on teh pc side we can write a reg key that will auto-trust it...but not on a mac.

@jwojda, try deploying the cert via a config profile.

the way config profiles have been working of late, I'm a little skeptical.

All kidding aside, that's a great idea, however not all systems use lync, so I would need to deploy the cert to specific machines. Not to mention, people that have already updated to the current version already have it. Config Profiles seem more like a broad stroke vs a more precision scalpel approach.

@jwojda, then create a profile, cache it somewhere locally & install using the profiles command.

We download the certs to /Library/Application Support/"folder name" then use a script to install the certs as a post install script.
