Problem: I need a web browser to run on a Mac with a touchscreen. The browser needs to be locked to a single domain, the browser cannot be exited or used to go anywhere else.

Any ideas?

In the past I would have said to use Fluid but I do not think it is really being maintained anymore

NobKiosk (was previously xStand which was previously wKiosk) - https://www.noblic.com/home/nobkiosk.html
eCrisper - http://ecrisper.com

I used to manage Macs many years ago with wKiosk and it worked fairly well. You can lock it down pretty tight, like preventing Force Quit, downloads, printing, resetting cookies/cache on defined intervals, hide the menu bar, whitelist/blacklist, it can respawn on crash, prevent restart/shutdown and you can customize/brand some of the interface. Looks like it has a new feature for a virtual keyboard that might be helpful for touchscreen kiosks.

eCrisper is something I came across very recently so I have never used it but it looks very similar to NobKiosk.

We've used Safe Exam Browser in our Labs a handful of times for proctoring online exams, it might fit your request. Has the ability to require a password to be quit and it is pretty easy to setup the website filtering.
