I am trying to update our mac mini cache server from El Capitan to Catalina. Every time i try to run the install i get a picture of the app folder with a prohibited sign. I tried to upgrade to High Sierra and i get the same error. Is there a way to force an os upgrade on this device?

+22That looks like a jamf restricted software policy, sure you’ve not got something setup to block the installer?
+3There wasn't anything blocking the installer, i had to go into the contents and run the startosupgrade for some reason.
