Does anyone know why a Macbook (mid-15 running Sierra) enrolled in Jamf would not allow the firewall to be turned on when an identical Macbook, not enrolled in Jamf, would allow the firewall to be turned on?

+16Are you pushing a configuration profile that uses the Security payload? The setting would be in there. If you have that profile deployed and that box is unchecked, you would be prevented from enabling the firewall manually.
+3That was the problem. Don't care much for the options that are presented though, it's either on for everyone or off for everyone.
