Hey everyone! Been using Jamf for the last 5 years and they have not made patch management or upgrading to the next OS easy. I was wondering what workflows everyone uses to upgrade to the next OS. Currently we have a self service policy to upgrade to Monterey, but it’s been a bit cumbersome, especially for m1 devices. And when we send a remote command to force upgrade, it will install sporadically or not install at all. Any ideas or workflows anyone else uses would be greatly appreciated.

+9Using Nudge .. it works!
+5As mentioned below, definitely look at Nudge, it works well on machines running Big Sur or Monterey, otherwise there is an older version for Catalina and before.
