There is realvnc, but for business it cost license. We have teamviewer license, but it does not work at login screen but only when user has logged in and we need to be able to change user. We are connecting from windows clients to the mac virtual clients
Don´t know if there exist any other software that can be needed

Could you not just use Casper Remote from a Mac, even a virtual Mac using VMWare
