So after reading up on packaging Adobe CS6 applications, I used AAMEE to package AfterEffects CS6 and then used the AdobeUser.pkg along with the AfterEffects.pkg for imaging. Once it goes through the initial process I get a screen stating that Casper is imaging and finishing installing software, but this screen lasts forever (timed it at 40mins and it still hadnt vanished).

Hitting command+q takes me to desktop where I see AE in the applications, upon clicking it however the machine rebooted itself.

If I package GoogleDrive on top of the above issues the dock is overwritten by random settings that shouldn't be there. Is there a better way to package googledrive then using a screenshot via composer or is GoogleDrive just impossible to effectively package?

AE, Adobeuser.pkg and Googledrive are all set to install to boot device after FirstRun script.
