Hello,

Is anyone able to see the latest version of MacOS 11.4 in the software update section? We are currently blocking Big Sur but some users were able to get on Big Sur before the restrictions came in. When these users try to update they are told that MacOS 11.3.1 is the latest version.

Just wanted to see if anyone else had this issue with Jamf or this was something in our organization's settings blocking us from seeing this particular update?

Thank you for your time.

Do you have an SWU deferral policy in place?

11.4 is a mess. Looks to have broken the ability to use Apple Remote Desktop even if the Sharing is set up properly in 11.4. Also, having issues updating 11.3.1 devices to 11.4. Download failure. And, JAMF 10.28's pushing updates via mass command DOE NOT work, which does not surprise me because mass updates or wipes (iOS) have not worked for a long time.

ARD cannot even see the devices when doing an IP scan.

ARD access has returned...not sure what happened but kickstarting ARD on the Macs seems to restore access.
