I want to set the following items:

macOS lock screen
macOS wallpaper
macOS account picture

I have a script for the account picture and I know a mobile config profile can set the wallpaper.

For the lock screen I know in Mojave you could replace an image called Mojave.heic. Not sure if this is supported with macOS Catalina or Big Sur since the data drive is now locked.
