When Users login for the first time on a Mac, it takes about 20 Seconds for there user Policy to apply.
What i see is the the whole screen refresh, then the Dock items are applied and the finder preferences at the same time, it probably applies the other Policies as well.
If the user logs out and back in the Dock and Finder look ok right away, then 20 seconds later the screen refreshes.
We use Mobile accounts which are deleted when they log of.
Also AD bound.

Anyone else have the same experience?

We were having issues with MDM commands processing slowly so I went in and cleared all pending and failed commands and it seemed to improve performance massively.
