I was just given a bunch of individual VPP codes for some apps in an email (not excel spreadsheet), to distribute to some teachers. I want the teachers to be able to preview the apps, and then I will share them with other teachers.
How do I convert these individual codes so I can manage them? Do I need to convert them into the excel spreadsheet format? Hoping to hear about an easier way.

You can email apple to ask them to convert your whole account of VPP codes to managed distribution. I just did this with about 30 VPP apple ID's and converted about 13,000 apps. Its all or nothing though. You cannot switch back, although I don't think anyone would want to.
