Has anyone deployed this through Jamf yet?
Reading through their document I am unsure what I need to do with the "Notification settings" section.

You should be able to copy that plist and save it as a mobileconfig. Then you can import it as a configuration profile. I would suspect that you could also upload the plist directly in the custom payload for a configuration profile.
