Hi JAMF Nation

I am looking at speeding up the Home Sync time (background and also login/logout). Although 10.7 Lion Server has the 'Server Side File Tracking for Mobile Home Sync' feature which might be useful, hence which leads me to this question:

Does the current Home Sync process utilizes File Level or Block Level technology?

More than likely file level. The disk the home folder lives would need to be unmounted to do a block copy.
