+8One of my admins decided to upgrade his MacBook Pro to Mojave and he is now locked out of his Mac due to his personal and recovery FV keys being denied. The institutional key does not help either.
I don't know if this is an isolated issue but I would strongly consider making backups before upgrading to Mojave if you have FileVault enabled in your environment.

+8He ran the installer dl'ed from the app store. He has a 2016 13-inch MBP Retina with TouchBar.
He failed to mention that he was low on disk space. That may have been a factor.
