You can grab the installer from here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3098229. Then you just need to add it to your distribution point and deploy it out via a policy.

@donmontalvo very good question that I'll be asking my MS guy.
Traditionally, the Office 2011 volume installers have had big gaps in version releases. I suspect there won't be one that installs Office 14.5.6, but it's worth asking.
