Has anyone experienced a shaky login window screen during the login process on the wireless? The user has to try about 3-5 times before it lets them login. Apple has been no help with this? Just curious if I am alone? If you plugin to the network it works great.

This sounds like a connectivity issue. If you log in on a local account, option click on the wireless icon and you'll get some more information about the connection. I'd also take a look at the access point if you have access to it.
Thanks, yeah we have had multiple tickets opened with Apple and Cisco trying to resolve it. Was just wondering if anyone else was having issues like this.
