I just had my Mackbook and iPad stolen and need help finding ways to track, hack into, and access it remotely. Can anyone help?

You can find the location with the help of FIND MY MAC in iCloud, please login to www.icloud.com and check for the details.
Do you have it enrolled in DEP?
Do you use JamfPro?
If so, create a PreStage Enrollment, add the device to that.
If you don't get it back, at least no one will be able to use it...
