NetBoot image ballooning in size

Hi all,

Does anyone know why my highly stripped down 3.4Gb OS image for NetBoot is ballooning to 15Gb after being run through 10.8.2's System Image Utility?

    I'm actually experiencing the same issue here, i have a "Stripped down" netboot image but it is at an unreasonable 18GB in size. Not sure if anybody has some advice on how to trim it down to a reasonable netboot size.
