Manage, distribute and remove App Store apps

The Casper Suite is now able to automatically deploy App Store apps to iOS 5 devices. Paid apps may also be distributed using Volume Purchase Program (VPP) apps. Additionally, apps may be distributed as managed apps allowing administrators to configure security settings for apps and remove app data if MDM profiles are removed.

Has apple changed its license as I thought this was not possible as all app downloads needed to be opted in by user.

iOS5 is the change.

How is this done?

This still requires that the Apple ID password be input on each device.
