New to JAMF looking to integrate Active Directory - Azure AD

Hi I am trialling JAMF and looking to integrate Active Directory or Azure AD so I can pair devices with users and view their data such as department etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I have seen one method where creating a virtual network in azure is a solution but it seems complex and reliant on resetting the passwords of all your users. Also advertising ones own LDAP is not best security practice or requires an additional on-site server to put in the dmz and we are trying to move to cloud only company. I hope I am missing something obvious because many competing products have the AD sync feature baked-in. I would really appreciate some help. Kindest Regards
