Notifications and focus - Does this have a .plist?

I was able to find com.apple.ncprefs.plist in the user space for both Notifications and Focus. I've been trying to figure out the flag system on the items with different settings in notifications, but I am coming up stumped as it seems there is semi-logic going on with what the options are. If I can figure it out more I'll update or reply again.

I found that com.apple.ncprefs.plist was containing a lot more information than expected as it turns out. Please let me know if you find out a bit more about this file because, it would be useful to know how to edit safely.
