+7We use it here. It's got some great features, but like Jared said it has it's own idiosyncrasies.
+12We use it here along with the Kanaka client for accessing servers and enable Mobile Managed accounts. Everything seems to be working fine. We have some issues with the Kanaka service stopping on the servers, but they are fairly our of date with patches.
We've been using Novell in our school district since the late 90's, with no real issues. Though we are now phasing it out with a move to Google Apps and phasing out home directories with going to a 1:1 Mac rollout.

+7We also had some issues with the Kanaka server. The latest server and client seem to have resolved these issues.
