I'm curious if anybody has a template or something they would be willing to share for doing documentation? I've previously used Clarify but that's now defunct. We have confluence and some documentation in there but it's not a very pleasing to the eye format and I personally don't really have an eye for that type of stuff. I saw the presentation @rtrouton did a couple years ago and I want to implement his suggestions but I find myself constantly reverting to doing a standard bullet point type listing.
